At the heart of everything I do is deep listening—to people, to the Earth, to the longings beneath our struggles—and through me there is a process of turning that listening into reflection, renewal and regeneration.

I believe healing and justice need each other. I believe leadership begins with self-awareness and community connection. And I believe that in these uncertain times, the most radical thing we can do is stay awake—to our aliveness, to possibility, and to one another.
