I focus on strategy, messaging, donor journeys, campaigns, and relationship-based development. I can also help you raise money through grant writing.
I don’t take a percentage of funds raised or revenue generated. I work on an hourly or project-fee basis so incentives stay clear and the relationship stays values-aligned.

Implementation matters. Most clients want plans that land—so I often stay involved and can support with implementation or capacity building and adoption by other team members.

At the beginning of an engagement we define 3–5 concrete outcomes (e.g., a decision-ready roadmap, an operating rhythm the team adopts, a fundraising plan with targets and next steps). We check progress along the way and end with a clear “what’s next” plan your team can carry forward.

I work both hourly and on a project basis, depending on what you need and how defined the scope is.
Hourly consulting: $120–$200/hr (rate depends on complexity, urgency, and whether the work includes facilitation or strategy leadership).
Project-based fees: Best when you want clear deliverables and a defined timeline. I’ll scope the work up front and provide a flat fee so you can budget confidently.
Retainers: Available for ongoing advisory support and implementation partnership.
